Service Description

A six week education program teaching you all the fundamentals of the science of nutrition. Learn all about good nutrition, how to create a balanced nutritional profile how to eat healthily and feed your family nutritious meals. Learn how o determine the difference between healthy and unhealthy products in supermarkets. Learn to read nutrition labels, what to look for and what they mean. Together we will design an eating plan specific to your special needs Learn how to stay using your diet as a basis for good health.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule , please give us 48 hrs notice. Late cancellations (within 24 hrs of your appointment ) will require a $50 deposit fee to reschedule
